Formerly disgraced designer John Galliano, who was recently appointed creative director at Maison Martin Margiela, is believed to making his comeback within the UK next week during the British Fashion Awards.

A number of industry sources have indicted that Dior's former couturier has been chosen to present Anna Wintour the Outstanding Achievement Award during the award ceremony on December 1, according to WWD.

The artistic director of Condé Nast and editor-in-chief of American Vogue will be recognized for her contributions to the fashion industry during the British Fashion Awards in the London Coliseum. If the rumors prove to be true, it would be Galliano first formal public appearance since his new appointment at Maison Martin Margiela was announced last month.
