The combined net sales for the second quarter at Restoque reached 388.8 million Brazilian real (111.6 million dollars), 1.4 percent growth in relation to the same quarter in 2014. The combined net sales in the first semester of 2015 reached 773.8 million Brazilian real (222.1 million dollars), with a 4.2 percent growth compared to the first semester of 2014.

In the 2Q15, own stores net sales grew 5.9 percent and same-store sales were positive for the Bo.Bô brand with 4.6 percent growth and stable for Le Lis Blanc. Retail as a whole had a same-store sales variation of below 2.1 percent, still impacted by the performance of Dudalina and John John brands.

The Estoque stores physical and online stores that sell products from past collections, franchises and e-commerce presented a growth of 8.9 percent in the second quarter.

The combined gross profit was down 5.2 percent, representing a 58.6 percent gross margin. The combined gross profit in the first half of 2015 was down 1.7 percent, representing a 58.8 percent gross profit. In the first half, the combined net profit was of 13.4 million Brazilian real (3.8 million dollars), compared to 49.8 million Brazilian real (14.2 million dollars) in the 1H14, with a 2.3 percent net margin.

During the second quarter, the company opened two own stores of the Le Lis Blanc brand, five own stores of the John John brand, eight own stores of the Rosa Chá brand and one own store of the Dudalina brand. Two own stores of the John John brand were closed.
