Nike's sport sale

Even though the American sports market isn’t growing that much, sport brand Nike managed to gain a profit of 51%. The company made $569.7 million in comparison to $377.2 million of last year. The increased income was mainly caused by a positive tax return, which improved the takings with 20%. Most of Nike’s enhanced profits were obtained in the Far East, were it raise with 22% up to $630.8 billion. In Europe, the company gained 16% up to $1.48 billion. 15% was obtained in South-America and in the VS, where the sport shoe sales dropped in general; Nike managed to increase its profits with 2% up to $1.64 billion.
