First Off-White, then Louis Vuitton Men's, and now Virgil Abloh. The busy designer is launching a new label, this one his namesake.

While still holding his creative director and men's artistic director roles with Off-White and Louis Vuitton respectively, Abloh introduces a new jewelry line, inspired by a paperclip and named for himself.

The new line is the first jewelry Abloh has created. He told WWD that "the idea is like high jewelry for all. It’s a crash—it’s a paper clip, but it’s also pavé diamonds made in a very specific way." Taking inspiration from a simple office supply item, the inaugural collection will include pieces across necklaces, earrings and more.

Abloh's "Virgil Abloh" label will launch with this first collection at a pop up shop during Paris Fashion Week Men's. The store, called the Floral Shop, will be held at the city's Hôtel Costes from this Thursday to January 29.

While the new line's debut coincides with collection launches related to Abloh's other brands, his namesake jewelry line is completely independent of both Louis Vuitton and Off-White. He told WWD, "It’s not associated to Off-White per se."

Abloh also shared that he has been developing the jewelry line for three years.
