British online fashion retailer Asos is restructuring its international division following a number of executive departures which it says has nothing to with the changes being made.

According to a report by Drapers, Gaele Wuilmet, Asos' head of operations in France and Matt Hiscock, the senior vice president of the US division, have left the company. Wuilmet moved on to the French multimedia services firm B'Dom, while Hiscock started work at Boden. Australia country manager Ching-Har Wong also recently left Asos after a brief stint with the company.

A spokesperson for Asos told Drapers that the company structure was currently being reviewed, with certain local roles being centralized at the London headquarters. This was to 'remove duplication of effort, gain efficiencies and build a subject matter expertise within a central team'.

Details about the forthcoming changes and restructuring are pending.
