Brunello Cucinelli to go public

Brunello Cucinelli, the Italian luxury house known for its fine cashmere, is
preparing to float on the Milan stock exchange.According to the Sunday Times the brand is preparing to go public as early as May with sources valuing the business at up to £420m.
Brunello Cucinelli has a very successful European and American business, and posted a £25m profit last year with revenues of £203m.
The brand would be the latest in a number of ltalian luxury brands to float, including Prada and Salvatore Ferragamo previously going public.
