McQ, the contemporary label from the Alexander McQueen fashion house, has tapped Andrew Rogers for the

newly created role of brand director.

Rogers will begin his new role next week and will be overseeing the younger label, which is part of the Kering Group. He previously worked as brand director at Fred Perry and prior to that was managing British fashion brand Reiss.

Fred Perry is reportedly currently searching for a replacement for Rogers.
