Cambridge Satchel Company makes senior appointments

British accessories label The Cambridge Satchel Company,

known for its leather satchels, has announced two senior appointments to help guide the expansion of the brand.

The accessories brand has appointed Rose McNamara as product development manager, who has been tasked with developing and expanding the British brand’s offering within the accessories market. McNamara has previously worked at Mulberry and Alfred Dunhill.

While Maggie Devine, who was previously with Piperlime in the US, will be responsible for the company's US retail strategy and US website going forward.

Commenting on the appointments, Julie Deane, founder of Cambridge Satchel Company, said: “The US has always been an important marketplace for The Cambridge Satchel Company, and Maggie’s appointment will enable us to focus on strategic growth and dedicated service.”
