British label Ted Baker launched their new, upgraded website

today, which was created alongside with digital agency Poke and software solution provider neoworks.

The brand also unveiled plans to expand the e-commerce site to the US and Australia next year. The new website is part of Ted Baker’s ongoing strategy to become one of the world’s biggest ‘lifestyle brands’ and unite all the Ted Baker sites onto one main platform, integrating the online stores with the warehouses distribution centers.

The new site offers it customers a more personalized approach to online shopping, offering separately designed ‘journeys’ for the male and female collections, as well as a new ‘click and collect’ service for customers who wish to collect their order in person from their nearest brick-and-mortar store. The e-commerce site also incorporates hand-written signs and tips, in order to give online customers a true Ted Baker experience.

Ted Baker previously worked with Poke this spring to create a creative global digital campaign for the SS13 collection, which was dubbed ‘Ted Baker Lines,’ and advertised across numerous social network sites.
