Three emerging London-based fashion labels have teamed up with fashionable doll Barbie to create one-off dolls to help launch her new space in Selfridges toy department.

Sister by Sibling, Fred Butler and Nasir Mazhar have all dressed five looks for the one-off Barbie dolls, which will be sold as exclusive collectables, featuring Barbie wearing knitted pompom dresses, Gaga-inspired heels and sporty two-pieces.

The new toy department, on the store’s fourth floor, has a dedicated Barbie section, which showcases the best of Barbie around a central totem-pole display that houses the one-off dolls, as well as dolls from the past and present.

This isn’t Barbie’s first foray into the London fashion scene, the Mattel doll has previously teamed up with Sister by Sibling for its autumn/winter 2012 show, and has worked with Louise Gray, Roksanda Ilincic, and Gareth Pugh.

The limited edition Barbie dolls are available from Selfridges priced 120 pounds each.
