You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.
WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE
As a Social Media Creative, you help shape how our brand lives in culture by creating social-first content that earns attention, feels native to each platform and is dripping with Docs distinctiveness. Working within the Creative & Editorial team, you are hands-on from idea to delivery developing concepts, guiding small productions, self-shooting, editing and helping content go live at the pace social platforms demand.
This role is for a can-do creative maker: someone curious about culture, communities and audience behaviours, who can spot an idea, capture it, shape it and help a global brand be part of the conversation from the ground up.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
As our Social Media Creative, you will be responsible for:
- Develop social-first creative ideas that connect brand storytelling with culture, communities and audience conversation across key platforms.
- Create engaging, platform-native content from concept through to delivery, including self-shooting, editing and content production for TikTok, Instagram and emerging channels.
- Identify and respond to cultural trends, audience behaviours and social opportunities, translating insights into relevant and impactful creative work.
- Establish scalable content formats, recurring series and storytelling approaches that build audience engagement and encourage repeat viewership.
- Collaborate with internal teams, creators, talent and external partners to deliver high-quality content, using platform performance insights to continually optimise and improve creative output.
KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
Put simply, the key things we’re looking for are:
- Proven experience creating engaging social content in-house, agency-side or as an independent creator, with a strong understanding of what drives performance across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms.
- Strong creative and technical skills, with the ability to develop original ideas and independently shoot, edit and deliver high-quality content from concept to completion.
- Excellent storytelling instincts, with a strong grasp of pacing, visual composition and audience engagement, alongside a portfolio that demonstrates both creative thinking and content creation expertise.
- Deep interest in culture, trends and communities across areas such as fashion, music, art, sport and creativity, with the ability to spot emerging opportunities before they become mainstream.
- Collaborative, proactive and adaptable, able to balance reactive, fast-turnaround content with longer-term creative projects while contributing positively to cross-functional teams.
