The Ledge trade show for January 2014 canceled

Ledge sports and streetwear trade show has called off its 2014 January edition. A spokes person from the trade show stated that the decision to cancel the upcoming edition was a “result of conflicting dates with production deadlines and clashes with similar events and locations.”

Kelin Philipson, director of The Ledge added: “The decision to suspend The Ledge has been an extremely difficult one and has been taken with a heavy heart.” He concluded that for now, there were no possible dates on which the trade show felt confident to “deliver a successful Ledge and provide the industry with the show it deserves”.

Since its first edition, The Ledge has brought together over 200 different sport and street wear brands under one roof in the Olympia Exhibition Center in London. The trade show team will go on trying to work out schedules and deadlines in order to secure a time frame for another show in the future.
