About the Role

We're a leading contemporary fashion agency and distributor, and we're looking for a proactive, confident Sales Executive to join our central London office. You'll work closely with our Wholesale Director to grow and manage a portfolio of European accounts, playing a key role in how our brands are sold into the market each season.
This role suits an energetic, personable and organised individual with at least one year's experience in fashion wholesale, who's ready to take ownership of client relationships and sales performance.

What You'll Do

Build and manage the seasonal sales diary — securing client appointments by phone and email, and keeping all stakeholders updated on bookings and changes
Develop a strong working knowledge of each season's collections, selling them to their full potential
Identify, prospect and secure the right clients for each brand
Manage order processing via Zedonk amongst others, including uploading data, checking and sending order confirmations to clients
Maintain clear, timely and accurate communication with clients throughout the sales cycle.
Liaise with agents and distributors to ensure they have the right sales tools and are aware of order deadlines
Maintain and grow the A–Z client database, generating new prospect lists and identifying new client opportunities
Support the team with product and sales reporting
Help prepare materials and kit for sales appointments
Active prospect and field trips to clients
Store training and merch.
Any marketing activities to support the brands sales in and sell out in stores.

What We're Looking For

At least one year's experience in fashion wholesale
Personable, confident and positive — a genuine can-do attitude
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Solid admin skills and confidence working under deadline pressure
Competent in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Able to work well independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities accurately and on time
Well presented, with strong interpersonal skills — polite, friendly and hard-working
Knowledge of the contemporary fashion market and one or more European languages is an advantage
