Reporting to the UK Retail Department, you will work closely with the VM Europe Manager, the VM Coordinator, and the London sales teams.

You will be responsible for coordinating and adapting A.P.C.’s Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines across your region, England, Germany, Sweden, and Denmark, which represents approximately 14 points of sale, including Surplus stores and department stores.

Your role is to ensure that A.P.C.’s image and VM standards are consistently implemented in the field, while building strong relationships with store teams. This is a 100% field-based position.

MISSIONS

Implement and maintain all A.P.C. visual displays according to the rotation schedule defined with the European VM Coordinator.
Refresh displays between rotations based on store performance and stock levels.
Analyse weekly sales reports and propose relevant VM actions and product pushes for each store.
Identify, train, and support VM referents within store teams; promote proactive engagement with VM best practices.
Ensure all VM materials and guidelines are clearly communicated, understood, and applied by store teams.
Collaborate closely with Store Managers to balance image consistency and sales performance objectives.
Provide regular photo reports and qualitative feedback on windows, collections, and in-store displays.
Draft VM recommendations for the VM Ambassador and the Retail team.
Oversee maintenance and visual upkeep of stores (lighting, window cleanliness, general condition).
Occasionally participate in the setup and coordination of showroom installations.

PROFILE

Previous retail experience preferred, with a strong interest in Visual Merchandising.
Field-oriented and autonomous, with excellent organizational skills.
Rigorous, detail-oriented, and creative.
Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit; ability to build trustful relationships with sales teams.
Fluency in English required; French is a plus.
