Debenhams signs to Leamington Shopping Park
Department store Debenhams has announced that it is to open a 40,000 square foot store in the Leamington Spa by the end of the year. The retailer has signed a 15-year lease with the Gibraltar Limited Partnership, which owns the 135,000 square foot Leamington Shopping Park in Leamington Spa, and will replace the Focus unit.
