Accessorize brand owned e-store

For the first time, retailer Accessorize sells its products from their own web store in the UK.

With this new business model the company follows its own path, and will sell separate from sister formula Monsoon.

Belgium and the Netherlands already saw the launch of an online shop. According to Steve Back, Chief Commercial Officer, the stand-alone sites are more profitable. De new e-stores follow the design of online commerce platform Venda.

Monsoon started in 1980s selling a small selection of accessories, and opened its first shop in Covent Garden four years later. Today, there are over 240 stores in the UK, and 600 stores internationally.
