Anya Hindmarch opening New York flagship

British accessories label Anya Hindmarch is relocating

its New York store later this month, from its current location on East 60th Street to Madison Avenue.

The 2,000 square foot New York flagship has been designed by Ilse Crawford, the company responsible for the interiors of members clubs Soho House NY and Babington House, and the decor has been inspired by Hindmarch’s love of artist’ studios and working spaces.

The boutique will also be the brand’s only store worldwide to house both the seasonal mainline collections, as well as the bespoke line, which offers personalised products.

Hindmarch has one other American store, in Los Angeles, as well as boutiques in Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Kuwait and in the UK.

The label returns to London Fashion Week next month to present its spring/summer 2014 collection on Tuesday, September 17.
