Women’s fashion brand Apricot has announced that it will be

launching five concessions in Arcadia-owned Outfit stores at the end of the month.

The retailer, known for its statement prints and seasonal trend pieces, has more than 500 concessions in the UK and across Europe, and in a statement the brand said in branching out into larger concessions such as Outfit it “demonstrates the growth and demand” for its offering.

Apricot will launch in Outfit’s Greenford, Edinburgh, Newbury and York on October 31, and will follow up with a concession in the new Bedford Outfit store, which opens on November 28.

Apricot’s Managing Director Philip Chaimo, said: “We are delighted to be working with Outfit. Larger concessions mean that we can introduce some of our latest visual display concepts.”

Outfit, which has 56 outlets, is usually based outside of the town centres and offers collections from brands such as Topshop, Dorothy Perkins, Warehouse, Miss Selfridge, Evans, Wallis, Oasis and Burtons.
