Heritage brands Barbour and Sunspel are the latest retailers

to sign up to the St James’s Gateway redevelopment in London.

The two brands follow in the footsteps of Scandinavian label Tiger of Sweden, which signed up to open a store at the 100 million pound development earlier this summer.

Barbour International is set to open a 300,000 square foot store in November, which will feature the brand’s technical and lifestyle motorcycle clothing including the Barbour Steve McQueen collection.

While British brand Sunspel, which already has three stores in London, will open a men’s boutique on Jermyn Street. The shop will house the label’s premium Sea Island Cotton range as well as a select edit of Sunspel menswear and there will also be a VIP consultation service available.
