UK footwear retailer Barratts has launched its new website, which is part of the new business by created footwear

veteran Harvey Jacobson and Michael Ziff, alongside with former buying and merchandising director of Barratts, Simon Robson.

The relaunched website offers a sleek design, featuring a homepage offering Barratts 'must-have-shoes' and 'buyer's hot picks'. The online-based footwear retailer currently offers third party brands such as Birkenstock, Crocs, Kickers and Sketchers for women, men and children, and is expected to launch its own brand sometime in the near future.

"Today we combine this heritage with the convenience of ordering online. Our mission is to deliver quality footwear at great prices," commented Barratts on the relaunch of its website, with a new promise to add new brands to its site every week.

Last November former high street footwear retailer Barratts entered administration for the third time in five years. Duff & Phelps, the appointed administrators sold the company's intellectual property rights and website to W Barratt & Co, a new company backed by Harvey Jacobson. Footwear retailer Pavers purchased 14 stores before the remaining stores and concession stands were shut down for good.
