Barratts launches Skechers shop-in-shop concept

High street footwear retailer Barratts are rolling
out brand new Skechers shop-in-shop fits within selected stores across the UK. The concept space has been designed to replicate the Skechers in store shopping experience within Barratts stores, with fixtures and fittings including blue acrylic stands, clear glass shelving and curved gondola’s, to mirror the furnishings in Skechers retail stores.The first phase of concept stores has been completed in Barratts in Milton Keynes, Leeds, Edinburgh and Bristol and there are plans for further roll outs in Ireland later in the year. These areas display the women’s, men’s and kids collections.
Skechers Managing Director, Pete Youell, said of the concept: ‘’I am delighted that we are working with Barratts to create these unique shop-in-shop fits which will bring the Skechers shopping experience to a wider audience. These concepts will allow us to showcase our expanding fitness products as well as our lifestyle ranges, in a family shopping environment. With this new and visually exciting unisex shopping experience, we will create great brand profile and consumer connection.”

The Skechers’ partnership with Barratts started in 2002, and Skechers is now available in all 120 Barratts stores.
