Bentall shopping centre in Kingston upon Thames has been put up for sale with a price-tag of around 200 million pounds.
The sale comes as Meyer Bergman, which owns half of Bentall alongside Aviva Investors, appointed advisors CBRE and US firm Eastdil to sell its 50 percent stake, according to City AM.
Initial expressions of interest are due within weeks, with a sale expected to be completed before the end of the year, for the shopping centre that attracts more than 14 million shoppers a year.
The shopping centre spans 700,000 square feet and is anchored by the Bentalls department store and houses more than 80 retailers including Zara, COS, H&M, New Look and LK Bennett.
