Bestseller announces designer collaborations

Danish fashion group Bestseller has announced two designer collaborations for its womenswear

brand Vila and menswear label Jack & Jones.

Vila, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary, is launching a 10-piece capsule collection with up-and-coming French designer Valentine Gauthier that will highlight the brands high street quality with a touch of Parisian style.

Launching in October, the limited edition collection will feature pieces made out of “silk, wool, prints and high-end materials” that can be worn both day and night.

“We have a history of designing feminine and fashionable items,” said Ida Chalmer, designer at Vila. “And our celebration should be about just that: pieces you can’t live without and that add something extra to your wardrobe. We feel that Valentine Gauthier is the perfect match.”

While menswear brand Jack & Jones is collaborating with Italian designer Daniele Alessandrini on a capsule collection for its Premium by Jack & Jones line. The focus will be on fabrics and Italian silhouettes and will also be available in October.
