Danish-based fashion company Bestseller is adding

a men's wear range to its brand Only. The newest addition will be called Only & Sons and said to compliment the women's wear collection from Only.

“The goal is to create a market-driven, young men’s brand that delivers fashion products of great quality at competitive prices. The foundation will be fast fashion built on a high degree of express and upgraded collections. Only & Sons will compete in an increasingly interesting part of the market and I see it as a welcomed addition to Only,” said Anders Holch Povlsen, CEO and owner of Bestseller in a press statement.

To help oversees business at the newly created brand, Only also recruited Thomas Baech to take on the role of brand manager. Baech previously worked for the company at the brand Selected. The brand is set to show its first collection during Berlin Fashion Week next year and will be launched throughout Europe via wholesale, retail and e-commerce channels. Only & Sons is set to be launched in stores fall 2014.

This news coincides with reports that construction of Bestseller's new office building in Arrhus is to be continued and is expected to be completed by spring 2015 on schedule. Bestseller reported that they had signed an agreement with contracting company MT Højgaard, after the previous general contractor Pihl & Søn went bankrupt beginning this year.
