In support of London’s leading emerging talents the British Fashion Council (BFC) is teaming up with online

retail partner thecorner.com. It will be the first online space dedicated to budding designers from the BFC’s LONDON show ROOMS.

London Fashion Week already saw the launch of virtual space showcasing a ‘mini-store’. The AW10 women collections from designers Mark Fast (Faster), Mary Katrantzou, Todd Lynn, Michael Lewis London and Christopher Raeburn alongside exclusive content and video interviews about the designers and their creative vision. For the first time fashion connoisseurs were able to buy directly from a selection, which was also available at LONDON show ROOMS Paris.

On the collaboration Caroline Rush, CEO (Joint) BFC commented: “We are very pleased to be collaborating with thecorner.com. The BFC’s new talent initiatives are synonymous with strong design and this online retail space will offer some of our leading emerging design talents the opportunity to grow their businesses on an international scale and broaden awareness of the LONDON show ROOMS initiative.”

With this collaboration thecorner.com confirms its commitment to championing emerging talent with a focus on cutting-edge collections and craftsmanship, continuously promoting them in over 50 countries. LONDON show ROOMS is the international designer showcase and wholesale platform created by the BFC, dedicated to supporting and showcasing leading emerging British designers.
