The thirteenth edition

Organisation is well underway for the international trade fair for children's fashion, shoes, accessories and home & gift, and exhibition space is filling quickly. In addition to many loyal exhibitors, new brands also be taking part.Exhibition space at this summer’s edition of kleine fabriek will once again feature a great mix of brands. Many exhibitors will once again be taking part and, what is more, several established names have returned. We are really pleased, for example, that we can once again welcome brands such as Muy Malo and Molto Buffo, as well as Kenzo, Pepe Jeans and Chipie, and Danish brand Ej Sikke Lej.
The forthcoming summer edition also includes several sensational newcomers. Popular Dutch brand SuperTrash will be exhibiting its children's collection for the first time at kleine fabriek, and Smoob - already a great hit in Germany - will be making its Dutch market debut. Other newcomers not to be missed include Airflow Collectibles, Deuz and Sid Larsen & Les Coqs. It goes without saying that, just like every season, we are really pleased with the number of exhibitors taking part yet again. Brands from the tried and trusted range include Bellerose, Koeka, Moodstreet, Jottum, Pakhuis Oost, Salty Dog, Room Seven, Molo Kids, Claesen’s and Reset, to name but a few.
SuperTrash Girls : A sneak preview
From the moment that Dutch designer Olcay Gulsen took over the design of SuperTrash the brand has been enjoying remarkable growth. Under her supervision, SuperTrash has grown into an important fashionable lifestyle label with over 1600 sales outlets in 24 countries. The ambitions do not stop there. SuperTrash is all set to hit the market with its little sister, SuperTrash Girls. The collection has been designed for girls in the 6-14 year age range, comprises 65 styles and is derived from the brand’s adult collection. SuperTrash Girls aims at young hipsters that are just as fashionable as the ultimate SuperTrash woman. ( www.supertrash.eu)
Smoob
Established in 2007, baby clothing brand Smoob was quickly picked up by fashionable parents in Germany. And not surprisingly, since the brand’s collections are a true innovation. The ideal mix of high quality, hip looks and sneaky details provide a modern and original addition to the existing range of baby clothing available. All the clothes are unisex, so there is no abundance of pink and blue. German designer Micheala Maria Brock has designed the collections with passion, and that is reflected in every aspect of her range. ( www.smoob.me)
Airflow Collectibles
New in Europe: the original pedal planes from American brand Airflow Collectibles. The high-quality product range (handmade and 100% metal) comprises pedal planes, pedals trains, pedal cars and original three wheelers, all of which have been proven to withstand the test of those pedigree testers; children. Moreover, the products are safe for use by children and - equally important - they are great to look at and great to ride.
