Boohoo.com to list on Aim mid-March

British online fashion retailer Boohoo.com is preparing to list on London's Alternative Investment Market (Aim.) The exchange

is part of the London Stock Exchange and is focused in its domestic market, intended for young companies.

In a regulatory filing posted on Friday, the online fashion retailer outlined plans to list on Aim on March 14. It remains unknown how many shares Boohoo intends to sell or the price of the offer. But according to previous speculation, the online retailer hopes to fetch over 100 million pounds in its IPO, valuing the company at 500 million pounds.

Boohoo.com has also been busy creating a team of non-executive directors and has appointed former Shop Direct CEO, Mark Newton-Jones in a non-executive director role alongside former Asos non-executive Peter Williams, who is poise to chair the company.
