Cardiff Bay Retail Park sold

Orchard Street Investment Management has acquired Cardiff Bay Retail Park for £54.5million.

Bought from Schroders and Investa Real Estate management, this is the fourth shopping mall bought by Orchard Street in the last six months.
Cardiff Bay Retail Park is Europe’s largest waterfront development.
