CBRE appoints Pippa Rangecroft to manage Centre:mk

Commercial real estate group CBRE, which manages 43 shopping

centres in the UK, has appointed Pippa Rangecroft as a director within its retail management team.

Based in London, Rangecroft will be responsible for the management of CBRE’s Centre:mk shopping centre in Milton Keynes, where she will be assisted by an onsite team of twelve. She will report into CBRE's head of retail management of UK property and asset management, John Prestwich.

Commenting on the appointment, Prestwich said: “Pippa is a fantastic addition to our team and brings a wealth of experience and contacts with her. Pippa joins at an exciting time as the UK and EMEA retail management business continues to expand our platform through new acquisitions, strategic hires and organic growth.”

Rangecroft joins CBRE from MJ Mapp where she was an associate director. Prior to this, she was a director at EFM Asset Management and an associate director at Threadneedle.

CBRE's other shopping centre properties in the UK includes the Cribbs Causeway in Bristol and the Manchester Arndale.
