Consort group launches fixed price recruitment service

Recruitment specialist Consort Group has launched

a fixed price recruitment service for the retail sector, which combines low costs with cutting edge talent sourcing practice.

The recruitment package is designed to provide a complete end-to-end solution for retail businesses, including the management of online advertising, the design and organisation of assessment centres, candidate screening, referencing and employment contract administration.

Depending on the number of hires undertaken, Consort estimates that clients will save between 300 and 1000 pounds per hire, by avoiding conventional recruitment agency fees.
