Coolway opens first international flagship

Spanish accessories and footwear retailer, Coolway,
opens its first international flagship store on Oxford Street, London today. The 300 sq metre store features the brands diverse collection, as well as offering the CoolBox experience, an experiential cube on the first floor that will be used to host live entertainment throughout the year.Established in Valencia, back in 2003, the brand now stocks their shoes in over 50 countries worldwide with five stand-alone stores across Spain in Barcelona, Valladolid, Valencia, Benidorm and Mallorca.
The London store is the first international offering and has created 15 new job opportunities in the area. The company plans to open three more European stores in the first quarter of 2012, taking advantage of the turnover from international territories, which makes up 70% of its total sales.
Commenting on the new UK flagship store, Carlos Mayordomo, Coolway’s Managing Director says, “Let us introduce you to our world in our London Flagship Store, a cool-world that will change every six months along with our shoes. We don’t want you to get bored and this is the reason behind our Coolway philosophy. Coolway is an alive brand and our store is an alive store.”
