Dita Von Teese to launch eyewear collection

Burlesque performer Dita Von Teese will release a signature line of eyewear next month after signing a deal

with Los Angeles-based eyewear maker, Dita Inc.

The Dita Von Teese Eyewear line will feature ten styles ranging including classic cat-eye shapes, as well as edgier metal and acetate cut-out frames, and will retail from 235 to 285 dollars. The collection will debut in May and will be available in select department stores and chains including Alain Afflelou in France, Italy and Spain.

John Juniper, co-founder of Dita Inc, said: “The inspiration behind the Dita Von Teese collection was to create elegant feminine styles with a classic flare that women could wear on any occasion. Dita Von Teese personifies the quintessential woman with a sartorial grace that is unique.”
