Footwear retailer Dune has announced that it is continuing

its designer collaborations collections for spring 2013, following on from previous successes with Olivia Rubin and Kat Maconie the retailer is collaborating with footwear designer Joanne Stoker.

A graduate from Cordwainers College, Stoker has a masters in footwear design, and has already been recognised in the industry as a hot talent winning the First into Fashion Award and the Footwear Friends Award sponsored by the British Footwear Association.

After graduating Stoker went on to complete a mentorship with Jimmy Choo before establishing her own luxury label in 2011. More recently, the designer worked alongside Matthew Williamson on his spring/summer 2013 show at London Fashion Week.

For her spring 2013 collection with Dune she has been inspired by Art Deco seaside towns such as such as Blackpool, Brighton and Coney Island, and has incorporating candy colours and art deco style detailing into the capsule collection that features six shoe styles and two bags.

Commenting on the collection, Stoker said: “I’ve really enjoyed working with Dune on the collaboration; I felt we were all on the same wave length in terms of design direction. I was given as much freedom as I needed to design and put the range together and I'm so happy with the final designs. I'm really excited to see it all come together.”

The range will be available from the end of February and prices range from 70 to 145 pounds.
