Elizabeth Lau pop-up shop

British born and bred designer Elizabeth Lau opened a temporarily shopping haven just off Carnaby

Street until Christmas evening. The boutique offers this year’s AW collection featuring practical and yet pretty fashion items. Despite the short time set up of the shop, the store has a permanent feel to it. Each season Lau designs wearable dresses, coats and knits.

After having worked in fashion for several years, Lau launched her own design studio in Westbourne Park in 2005. The following year she introduced her cashmere knitwear range, and opened an account with department store Seibu in Hong Kong. London and Paris Fashion Week were up next in 2007. Three years later, Lau’s first retail space is a fact, which is located on 2nd Ganton Street in Central London.
