Fashion Angel launches business mentoring competition

Fashion Angel, a business devoted to mentoring, networking

and business funding for both new and established fashion industry, has launched a new competition offering a place on its business start-up mentoring programme.

The competition, which is being sponsored by Asos Marketplace, is open to all fashion and accessory designers and vintage collectors that currently sell their products on Asos Marketplace and have been in business fewer than two years.

The winner will receive access to six months of one-to-one mentoring from industry professionals and by the end of the programme the aim is that they will have an infrastructure in place and have the confidence to build a successful and sustainable business.

Alison Lewy, Fashion Angel’s Director said: “This new competition reflects the ethos of Fashion Angel to support young creative businesses with mentoring, networking and training. The winner will have a unique opportunity to receive a package of high-level, professional industry led support from Fashion Angel to ensure the on-going development and success of their business, as well as exposure for their brand.”

Deadline for entries is May 23, with the winner being announced on May 30.
