Fashion Insight, the fashion and beauty resource for

journalist and PRs, is launching a brand new series of events for 2012, with the first focused on the convergence of strategic communication. The Fashion and Beauty Insight Summit will take place in Central London on March 14 and will concentrate on how best for brands to leverage social media, PR and key influencers to improve communications.

The summit has been designed to accommodate the shift that social media and PR activity has on the success of strategic communication and will feature insight from key speakers and brands including: Nigel Whiteoak, UK General Manager of ShoeDazzle, Christina Richardson, Head of Marketing at A Suit That Fits, and Justine Southall, Marie Claire Publishing Director.

The one-day summit will discuss innovative ways to use social media, PR and key influencers for strategic communications, tailoring communications for return on investment, best practices on how to leverage social media, and the art of networking to raise brand awareness. A full programme is set to be announced later this month.
