Fashion Scout opens SS15 applications

London-based emerging designer initiative Fashion Scout has opened its applications for its Spring/Summer 2015 London

and Paris showcases.

Fashion Scout is calling on emerging fashion designers to apply to showcase their collections as catwalk shows, presentations or as part of its exhibition platform, as well as apply for its Merit Award and Ones to Watch Award, which has helped launch the careers of designers including Eudon Choi, Hermione de Paula, Phoebe English, and David Longshaw.

Applications are open until July 7 with designers then being selected by a panel of industry experts featuring leading buyers, media and business advisors. Their decision is based on the “creative vision of the brand and collections” as well as the quality of work and the businesses potential /success.

The London showcase will take place at Freemasons’ Hall in Covent Garden, London over the five days of London Fashion Week, from September 12-16. Fashion Scout Paris will return to the Marais in Paris, where designers can display their collections from September 25-30.
