Guess appoints chief financial officer

Guess has promoted Sandeep Reddy to Chief Financial Officer for

the brand from his role as CFO of Guess Europe.

In his new role, Reddy will have global financial responsibility for the brand and will be part of the Guess executive leadership team, reporting to Paul Marciano, co-founder and CEO of Guess.

Reddy, who has been the fashion label’s CFO of Europe since September 2010, will replace interim CFO, Nigel Kershaw whose last day with the company will be July 31.

Commenting on the appointment, Marciano said: "Sandeep brings deep European and North American business and finance experience. He understands the Guess culture and has an excellent track record for developing and executing financial and business strategy."
