Harrods; Britain's top employers

Harrods has been certified as one of Britain's Top Employers of 2012.

The certification, awarded at last night’s BTE12 awards dinner in London, was based on research by the Corporate Research Foundation Institute and was in recognition of the retailer’s work in developing "an exceptional working environment" for its employees.

The luxury retailer was assessed on the following criteria: Primary Benefits, Secondary Benefits & Working Conditions, Training & Development, Career Development, and Company Culture.

Harrods achieved highest scores in the Career Development sector as it received the Top Employer certification for the first time.
