Lingerie specialist Hunkemöller and retail agency Kega


are joining forces to roll out the European cross channel strategy for Hunkemöller.

Number One in Europe
Hunkemöller has set itself the goal to be Number One in the lingerie market in Europe. The implementation of a cross channel strategy in which the physical stores and online shop join together seamlessly is key. This way, visitors will have the opportunity to shop 24/7 across all channels. ‘Everywhere Commerce’ is the motto. In retail agency Kega, the lingerie chain has found the perfect partner thanks to its ample experience and expertise in the field of cross channel retailing. Ron Hemmer, CFO Hunkemöller: “The cross channel project with Kega is an exciting step in Hunkemöller's development, letting us offer our customers more convenience and choice with a pan-European cross channel platform that allows her to shop whenever and wherever she wants.” The first result of their collaboration is the new web shop of Hunkemöller, soon also available in the physical stores.
