The eagerly awaited ‘Sunday Times Best Companies

to work for’ listing is out and Ikano, the financial and retail loyalty specialist, has been voted one of the best companies to work for in the UK. The company achieved a business ranking of 65th in the 2013 Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For listing.

The business, which employs 250 people at its head office in Nottingham, was recognised in the Medium Sized Companies category and has further improved on its position in the ranking last year, where it was named ‘One to Watch’.

The ranking, which is compiled by surveying over 250,000 employees from 900 competing organisations, recognises Ikano’s ongoing commitment to thedevelopment of its co-workers. The company places its values at the heart of the business. Co-workers are encouraged to develop their careers while working in an engaging and open environment. Stephen Burnside, managing director at Ikano, said; “We are delighted to have moved up the rankings this year, as it recognises theongoing commitment we have made to our people and the value we place on our work in the wider community.

The company provides loyalty and finance products and services to major retailers such as; Jaeger, Karen Millen, Monsoon, New Look, Oasis and Warehouse.
