Illustrated People appoints creative director

East London-based fashion label Illustrated People has named Phoebe-Lettice Thompson as its new creative director, following her

successful collaborative collection Phoebe x IP, Illustrated People.

The former Made in Chelsea star will be curating Illustrated People’s men’s and womenswear seasonal collections as of this month, drawing upon her experiences to influence her design.

Commenting on her appointment, Thompson said: “I am extremely delighted to have taken on this role. I have such deep respect for Illustrated People and totally believe in its creativity, vision and style. I am incredibly excited to further develop and steer the company into new and exciting territory.”

Illustrated People have been designing womenswear and menswear for 10 years and takes influence from all art forms, and collaborates with various designers and artists to create free spirited collections that represent the youth of London.
