J.Crew reports unaudited results for Q4 and fiscal 2013

REPORT_ In connection with a potential refinancing of certain of its

existing indebtedness, J.Crew Group announced selected unaudited financial results for the three months and the fiscal year ended February 1, 2014.

The fourth quarter revenues increased 7 percent to 686 million dollars, whereas comparable company sales increased 4 percent following an increase of 11 percent last year. Direct net sales increased 10 percent and adjusted EBITDA is estimated to be within a range of 74 dollars to 76 million dollars compared to 70 million dollars last year.

For the fiscal year 2013, New York-based company’s revenues increased 9 percent to 2,428 million dollars and comparable company sales increased 3 percent following an increase of 13 percent last year. Direct net sales increased 16 percent to 756 million dollars with adjusted EBITDA estimated to be within a range of 369 dollars to 371 million dollars compared to 360 million dollars last year.
