James Perse to open on Dover Street

Los Angeles fashion and lifestyle brand James Perse is set to open a West End flagship after securing a 10-year lease on a property

on Dover Street, London.

The 1,116 square foot store at 30a Dover Street, spans across three floors and will showcase the brand’s full men’s and women’s collections. The ground floor has a sales area of 578 square feet, the lower ground sales floor offers 404 square feet of retail space and the basement 135 square feet.

The West End flagship will be the brand’s third UK store, it has two more in London, in Chelsea and Notting Hill. It hasn’t been confirmed when the store will open, just that a 10-year lease has been taken expiring November 2019.

Previously occupied by Loft Design By, the store has a passing rent of 57,500 pounds a year and Kitchen La Frenais Morgan who is handling the exit of Loft Design By confirms a premium was paid for the property.
