Scottish fashion designer Jonathan Saunders has been

commissioned by British Vogue to design the official t-shirt for this year’s Fashion’s Night Out, the annual global shopping event.

The t-shirts, supplied by Gap, will be on sale in many of the stores participating in this year’s Fashion’s Night Out, with proceeds going to Refuge, a national domestic violence charity.

Commenting on the honour, Saunders said: "The design features one of my signature prints which I hope people are excited to take away from the night. I am so happy to be a part of this global initiative raising much needed funds for charity, and I look forward to a great night out.”

"We are delighted to have been selected as the benefactor for this year's Fashion's Night Out," said Refuge chief executive Sandra Horley. "Domestic violence is the number one issue for women in this country. This is why we need support more than ever and why it is fantastic that Refuge is receiving such high-profile support from British Vogue, designer Jonathan Saunders - and the Fashion's Night Out team who are working together to raise funds and awareness of Refuge's work."

This year’s Fashion’s Night Out will take place in London on September 6, and the limited-edition tees will cost £18 and comes in both blue and pink.
