Joules opens at Gatwick Airport

Fashion retailer Joules has opened its first airport retail store at London Gatwick Airport’s

South Terminal.

The new store is part of the brand’s overall expansion strategy, which includes a focus on travel retail locations, and if the Gatwick outlet is successful the company is planning to expand to further airport destinations in 2014.

Joules Chief Executive Officer Tom Joule said: “We are thrilled to be opening at Gatwick. With so many people coming and going, it has a vibrant atmosphere we can’t wait to become a part of.”

Joules currently operates 76 stores around the UK and is sold through department stores and independent shops, as well as via its own e-commerce site.

Joules is the latest retailer to open in Gatwick following the transformation of the South Terminal building to improve the passenger experience.
