Karl Lagerfeld launches The Little Black Jacket

Iconic designer, Karl Lagerfeld, is launching a new

picture book, entitled The Little Black Jacket, which pays tribute to one of Chanel’s most versatile and noted pieces.

With the help of former French Vogue editor Carine Roitfeld, the designer has photographed his many Chanel muses and stylish friends wearing the jacket in their own unique ways - from Sarah Jessica Parker, who transformed hers into a headdress to Vanessa Paradis, who insouciantly slipped hers over her shoulders. The brand's latest campaign star, British model Alice Dellal, adapted hers to reflect her unique, Punk-inspired style.

The book will launch on March 21st and will be celebrated through an exhibition based in Tokyo.
