Sloane Square will be the location of the new and first European

flagship store of Kate Spade New York. The high-end retailer from the US will be located in the Cadogan Estate on the Chelsea's luxury square.

The permanent store will have a 10-year lease on the estate, and is part of Kate Spade’s expansion plans in to Europe. Last October, the brand made its debut in the UK with a temporarily pop-up store located in Covent Garden. The new flagship store of 4,000 square foot will stock Kate Spade’s apparel, accessories, and lifestyle collections. The London store is situated on the corner of Symons Street and Pavilion Road, which is close to high-end retailers Tiffany, Links of London, Hugo Boss, and Cartier.

The Cadogan Estate, advised by CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), will introduce further retail units to the area at the end of 2011. The introductions will include a 7,000 sq ft flagship store on Kings Road and a 4,000 sq ft store on Sloane Square. The new business liaisons are intended to attract further high-end brands to the area.

Established in 1993, Kate Spade New York is available at 400 stores across the globe of which 36 are located in the US.
