Fashion retailer Les 100 Ciels has opened its first European boutique at St Christopher’s Place in

London’s West End.

Les 100 Ciels, which translates as ‘The one hundred skies’, has eight stores across the Far East and has become well known for its casual garments primarily produced in high quality yarns such as cashmere and linen.

“We knew we wanted to open a store in London due to its globally revered reputation,” a spokesperson for the brand said. “We were initially drawn to St. Christopher's place, and instantly attracted by its charming walkway and unique location.”

The 772 square foot debut UK store sits alongside luxury designer labels including Mulberry and premium high street brands such as Whistles and Phase 8.

Joanne Wilkes, head of in town retail, F&C REIT Asset Management, added: “We are always looking for retailers who can add vibrancy and depth to our overall offer and yet retain a degree of uniqueness and Les 100 Ciels, with its focus on affordable luxury and easy to wear pieces will appeal to our audience of city-savvy, fashion-conscious customers.”
