Lindex adds independent directors to board

Swedish fashion retailer Lindex has added Tracy Stone, global sales director at Gant and Rossana Mariano, founder of RMPR

to its board of directors.

Stone and Mariano were elected to the board, along with three representatives from Stockmann, with an additional independent director expected to be elected to the board before the end of the year. Previously the Lindex board consisted of members from the Stockmann Group’s management.

The new board will be chaired by Per Sjödell, managing director of Fiskars Sweden, and it is hoped that the new members will help support the company’s continued successful international expansion.
